- We created the “Hacerlo bien y a la primera” [Do it well at the first try] Refocusing Project. As TIER1 of the automobile market, we developed well- prepared and self-managed teams that will generate high performance level processes. In order to be more efficient with demanding customers such as Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, BMW Group, PSA, among others.
We carried out the Praxis Grow process: Teams and Leadership.
- We implemented a work process in key teams to develop their professional skills and achieve the results marked on the organisation’s scoreboard. In order to increase the requirement levels, both in these teams, and in the direct labour: “Do it well at the first try”.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
- Implementation phase:
We used the Praxis Grow process: Teams and Leadership. Based on the business variables, we developed the teams and leaders to implement the LEAN methodology at first try.
- Follow-up phase:
This process includes a fortnightly accompaniment of the teams and people to ensure the adoption of routines, both in executive level teams and in production teams.
